Vex Direct ships most in stock orders to the Continental 48
States within 2 business day of receipt. Factory Direct Music
provides Free Standard Shipping on all Continental US orders.
Next day and 2nd day shipping are available for additional
charges. Please expect that express orders will ship on the
next business day after you've placed your order.
Out of stock items usually ship within 10 business days. Orders
with items on back order are held until they can be shipped
complete.
Orders can only be shipped within the U.S.
We DO NOT ship to PO or APO Boxes. So please provide us with
a physical address where UPS can deliver to.

Sales Tax
All orders shipped to Florida addresses will be subject to
7% sales tax in accordance with State law. Orders shipped
elsewhere will not be charged sales tax. Please note that
your state and/or municipal government may require you to
declare mail order purchases and pay sales tax on them directly.

Returns
Since your satisfaction is a priority we know it is sometimes
necessary to exchange or return an item. You may return your
purchase within 30 days of purchase for a refund or replacement.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. To process
a return, please follow the steps below:
Customers must email returns@vexdirect.com
with the Subject line: “RMA REQUEST” for a return
authorization. We will not accept packages without a return
authorization.
Approved returns MUST be received within 14 calendar days
or the item will not be accepted for return.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping to our
returns department. In the case of a defective exchange, we
will provide and pay for the outbound shipping for replaced
merchandise.
The returned item MUST BE FACTORY FRESH, RESELLABLE CONDITION.
Resellable Condition means that the product(s) is exactly
in the same condition as you received it: no scratches, dents
or dings. All original packing and paperwork must be
included.
In the event that the product is not in the same condition
as you received it, the item will be refused and return shipping
will be at the buyer’s expense.
If a free shipping order is returned, normal shipping rates
will be deducted from refund.
In the rare event you receive the wrong item or a wrong color

72 hours of receipt.
We will send a DHL return waybill to have the items picked
up, and upon return we will reship the items at our expense.
If you receive a damaged item
You will have 72 hours to contact us by email at returns@vexdirect.com
with the subject line “DAMAGEDt ITEM RECEIVED”.
After 72 hours we can not accept damage claims.
Save ALL packaging materials.
If the box appears in rough condition, inspect the package
and contents before signing for it. If there is damage,
contact us immediately. We will make arrangements to get the
item picked up, and a new one sent out to you as soon as it
arrives back to us and we verify the damage.
If you are in a hurry, you can do what is called advance replacement.
Advance replacement is where you simply order another item,
and we will refund the payment of the damaged one upon return.
If you "refuse" a shipment as "damaged"
because the shipping box appears damaged, and upon inspection
there is no shipping damage, you will be responsible for the
freight and costs associated with the return.
We try hard to serve our customers better than anyone else.
We wish we could accept all returns without any questions
or limitations, but that is just not possible. Thank you for
honoring these return policies.
You will receive your credit within 7-10 business days. Shipping
charges are not refundable.

When will my order be
processed?
When your order is received, it will be processed within 3
business days.
How long
will it take for my order to ship and arrive?
Upon authorization of your credit card, an order confirmation
will be sent to the email address you have specified. A shipping
confirmation will then be sent to that same email address
upon shipment of your order. Most in stock orders are shipped
within 2 business day of being placed. Delivery can take between
3-6 business days depending on location and selected ship
method.
How is my order shipped?
All domestic orders are shipped exclusively by UPS Ground. Tracking
numbers will be provided to you via email. You may then track your
packages online at www.ups.com.
My order should
have arrived by now. What should I do?
If you entered a password at the time that you placed your

section above. Otherwise, please contact us and we'll be happy

It's easy to return an item for an exchange or refund. Indicate

charged. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
